"When you pray, say: 'Father..' "
Luke 11:2
Jesus reveals what real prayer is: a relationship. A Father and child relationship.
There's a story of a wealthy CEO who explained to his young son how his secretary screens his phone calls at the office. He said, "If your mom calls me and I'm busy, the secretary will tell her what I'm doing, and then Mom will decide if I should be interrupted or if she should leave a message."
Then he said to his son, "If you call me, you'll be put right through. I want to know that you can call me anytime, because you're my son."
A few days later, the secretary put a call through to the CEO from his son. He said hello and asked what he could do for his son. He replied, "Nothing, Dad. I just wanted to make sure I could actually get through to you that easily."
The King of the Universe is our Dad. Therefore, a smile, a sigh of frustration, a tear shed in anger, a frown of complaint, a shout of praise, a worship song sang out of tune, even a silent smile of love are all prayers when expressed in the presence of our Father.

REFLECTION: Do you want to smile, complain, shout, cry or sing? Go ahead. Express it now in the presence of God. Friend, that's prayer.
