Our God is a rich God. That's why we're rich. We just experience shortage that's why  we forgot that we are rich. 

Ways you can do to achieve your dreams: 
#1: Adjust your dream to match your resources
#2: Adjust resources to match your dream

So what's the best answer? It depends. 
* The deciding factor is this. You've got to know where your dreams are coming from. 

If dream comes from: 
Pride: Use #1. 
Purpose: Use #2. 
If it's God's purpose, He will supply your needs. 

If your dream comes from pride, lower your needs. 
If your dream comes from purpose (God-ordained, God-crafted, God-empowered purpose), then, pursue it with all your heart even if you know you're resources are lacking.
